What the business repairs, and what it doesn't
The work is deliberately focused: residential appliances, electric models, repair only.
What we repair
- Refrigerators, standalone freezers and wine coolers, including sealed-system work such as refrigerant leaks and compressor replacement
- Refrigerator ice makers, plus undercounter and countertop ice machines
- Washers and electric dryers
- Dishwashers and garbage disposals
- Electric ovens, ranges, wall ovens and cooktops
- Over-the-range and countertop microwaves
What we don't do
- Gas appliances. No gas ranges, gas ovens or gas dryers.
- Installation. We don't sell or install new appliances.
- Commercial equipment. No restaurant or commercial units.
Saying this up front saves you a call. If your job is one of these, we'll tell you on the phone.
Who we work for
Homeowners, renters and condo owners in Bradenton and its neighborhoods, including South Bradenton, Bayshore Gardens, West Bradenton, Samoset and Cortez. The areas we serve page has notes on each.
If you rent, check with your landlord or property manager before booking a repair. In many leases, appliance repairs are the owner's responsibility, and they may want to arrange it.
How the work gets done
Every repair follows the same order: find the cause, explain it, fix it, prove it.
- Diagnosis before parts. We test the suspect parts at the appliance before replacing anything.
- You hear the plan first. You're told what failed and what the repair involves before work starts, including when a repair isn't worth doing on an older appliance.
- Fix the cause. A dryer that blew its thermal fuse gets its airflow checked too, and a fridge with a frozen coil gets its defrost system fixed.
- Tested before we leave. The appliance cools, heats, fills, drains or spins before the job is called done.
Why the phone is answered 24 hours a day
Appliances don't pick convenient times to fail. A fridge that quits on a Saturday night or a washer that floods the laundry room at 6 a.m. shouldn't have to wait for business hours just to get on the schedule.
In Bradenton, hurricane season adds long outages and surges on top of everyday breakdowns. Our guide to appliances after a power outage covers what to check first.
